I started out in real estate in 2006 in new home subdivisions. I have extensive experience in helping buyers through the build-job process. Having been an on-site agent, I highly recommend that new construction buyers have their own representation with an experienced buyers agent to watch out for your best interests, because the builder and their agent certainly will not do that for you. By Law, the Builder’s agent can only represent the builder and the building company’s best interests. The on-site agent can never represent a buyer in Kansas!

My heart and passion is to help home owners who find themselves in financial distress with a pre-foreclosure. I help them through the short sale process, to get their mortgage debt forgiven! My goal is to put my sellers in a better place, financially, once the sale is completed.

To help first-time home buyers is my biggest joy. To help a young couple find and negotiate the best deal- there is just no better feeling. I truly focus on educating my buyers as we view each home together.
